摘要
泥沙淤积是水库建设必须面对的一个重要课题,尤其是建在多沙河流上的水库,对水库的运营常常造成极大困扰,淤积严重者甚至会侵占水库大部分库容,进而影响水库自身功能。根据新疆英吉沙县沙汗水库历次实施清淤工程前后的库容~水位曲线对历次清淤整治工程的实施效果进行评估,结果显示:,虽然经过几轮水库清淤后,水库库容有所恢复,但并不能改变水库每年淤积的泥沙量,需保持目前每年清淤的方式,方可保证沙汗水库能够满足下游灌区灌溉调蓄要求。最后在总结分析泥沙运移规律的基础上,提出相应的防淤对策,为类似项目的工程问题的解决提供参考。
Sedimentation is an important issue that must be faced in the construction of reservoirs,especially for reservoirs built on sandy rivers,which often cause great troubles to the operation of the reservoirs.Serious siltation may even encroach on most of the reservoir capacity and affect the reservoir itself features.According to the curve of reservoir capacity~water level of Shahan Reservoir before and after the dredging works,the effect of dredging and control works was evaluated.The results show that although the reservoir capacity has been restored after several rounds of reservoir dredging,it cannot change the amount of sediment deposited in the reservoir every year.The current annual dredging method must be maintained to ensure that the Shahan Reservoir can meet the irrigation requirements of the downstream irrigation area regulation requirements.Finally,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the law of sediment transport,the corresponding anti-siltation countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for solving engineering problems of similar projects.
