摘要
近年来,文本情感分析技术发展迅速,已逐渐成为自然语言处理领域的研究热点之一。因具有情感提取与量化的优点而被广泛应用于电子商务网站、购物平台等领域。文本研究了情感分析在定制产品领域的应用。以电梯为例,基于情感分析技术建立电梯用户评论情感分析系统。收集用户评论,利用文本情感分析技术提取评价对象和情感评价词,分析用户情感倾向。评价结束后,将数据结果可视化。
In recent years,the technology of text sentiment analysis develops rapidly and becomes a hot research topic in the field of Natural Language Processing.Because of the advantages of emotion extraction and quantification,it is applied in e-commerce website,shopping website and so on.In this paper,the application of sentiment analysis in customization product field is studied.Take the elevator as an example,a sentiment analysis system on elevator user comments is established based on sentiment analysis technology.Related data are collected,text sentiment analysis technique is used to extract evaluation objects and evaluative terms,and then analyze user emotional tendency.At the end of evaluation,the data results were visualized.
