摘要 随着垃圾分类政策的推广,为解决生活垃圾分类问题,本文以PLC为核心设计了生活垃圾智能分类系统。PLC通过接受摄像头传回的信号并传出对应的控制信号控制停料板和分类导管旋转完成对生活垃圾的分类,通过一个气缸为动力的压缩装置对易压缩材料进行压缩节省存储空间,通过检测红外对射管信号情况判断垃圾有无满载并在屏幕上实时显示。首先进行3D建模完成了对箱体的设计,接着采用"顺序编程法"编写了PLC控制程序,然后通过3D打印得到了相关部件并进行组装,最后经过调试得到样机。结果表明:该机器能自动完成对生活的垃圾的分类及压缩,为生活垃圾分类提供新的解决方案。 In order to solve the problem of MSW classification,this paper takes PLC as the core to design an intelligent MSW classification system.PLC controls the stop plate and spin of the sorting ducts and accomplish the classification by accepting the signal sent back by the camera and sending the corresponding control signal.PLC controls a cylinder-powered compression device,which compresses easily-compressed materials,to save storage space.PLC judges whether the garbage is full load or not and has real-time display on the screen by detecting the signal condition of the infrared beam tube.Firstly,3D modeling is carried out to complete the design of the box,and then the PLC control program is written by"sequential programming method".Then,the relevant parts are obtained through 3D printing and assembled.Finally,the prototype is obtained after debugging.The results show that the machine can automatically complete the classification and compression of domestic garbage,which provides a new solution to the classification of domestic garbage.
