摘要
目的探讨红细胞检测参数对鉴别育龄期女性缺铁性贫血及地中海贫血基因携带者中的作用及价值。方法选取101例在我院生殖医学门诊就诊的分别诊断为缺铁性贫血及地中海贫血基因携带阳性的育龄女性为2组研究对象,回顾性分析2组血红蛋白浓度、红细胞计数、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)及平均红细胞体积(MCV)的数值,设立对照组并与之进行对比。结果地中海贫血基因携带者组的RDW、MCV、MCH低于缺铁性贫血组,地中海贫血基因携带者组的红细胞计数及血红蛋白高于缺铁性贫血组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红细胞检测相关参数在地中海贫血基因携带者与缺铁性贫血患者中差异有统计学意义,可通过该检测手段有效鉴别出地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血患者,给患者后续确诊检查、孕前检查项目及治疗方案的选择提供依据。
Objective To explore the role and application value of red blood cell(RBC)parameters in the identification of iron deficiencyanemia(IDA)and thalassemia gene carriers in women of reproductive age.Methods Totally 101 women of reproductive age diagnosed as IDA or thalassemia gene-positive carriers in the reproductive medicine clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects.Hemoglobin(Hb),RBC count,RBC volume distribution width(RDW),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),and mean corpuscular volume(MCV)of the two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of the controls.Results The RDW,MCV,and MCH of thalassemia gene carriers were significantly lower than those of IDA patients,and the RBC and Hb of thalassemia gene carriers were significantly higher than those of IDA patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in RBC parameters between thalassemia gene carriers and IDA patients.RBC parameters can effectively identify thalassemia and IDA,thereby providing a reference for the determination of subsequent diagnosis examination items,pre-pregnancy examination items,and therapeutic regimes.
