三元污水不同见剂阶段配伍性变化规律分析 被引量:2

摘要 在油田进行三元开发的过程中,为了降低注剂对采出系统的影响,往往采用错峰开发的方式。不同区块的注剂时间不同,当一个区块进入见剂高峰期时,其他区块还处于见剂较低的阶段,通过采出液混掺降低含剂浓度,从而降低对采出系统的影响。但由于不同区块所处阶段不同,其污水性质也不同,混掺后配伍性差,造成污水系统处理难度增加。因此对某三元区块不同见剂阶段进行跟踪,分析不同阶段、不同区块污水混掺后的污水性质变化情况,通过室内静沉实验研究配伍性变化规律,以及水中含剂及离子浓度变化确定不同配伍性时的水质情况,明确了三元污水不同见剂阶段配伍性变化规律。同时进行药剂室内实验,探索改善污水配伍性的方法。 In the process of ASP development of oilfield,in order to reduce the impact of agent on the production system,staggered peak development is often adopted.The injection time of different blocks is different.When a block enters the peak period of reagent discovery,other blocks are still in the stage of low reagent breakthrough.The reagent concentration is reduced by mixing produced liq-uid,so as to reduce the impact on the production system.However,due to the different stages of dif-ferent blocks,the properties of sewage in different blocks are different,and the compatibility after mix-ing is poor,which makes the treatment of sewage system more difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to track the different phases of a ternary block and analyze the changes in sewage properties after mixing sewage in different stages and blocks.The variation law of compatibility is determined by the indoor stat-ic precipitation test,and the water quality with different compatibility is determined by the change of reagent and ion concentration,and the variation law of ternary sewage compatibility at different stages of reagent discovery is determined.Meanwhile,the method of improving the compatibility of sewage is explored by chemical laboratory tests.
