摘要
目的:对低血糖态度和行为量表(Hypoglycemic Attitudes and Behavior Scale,HABS)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:通过翻译、回译、文化调试、德尔菲专家函询形成中文版HABS,抽取安徽省3所三级综合性医院的1型糖尿病病人110例进行问卷调查,检验其信度与效度。结果:中文版HABS总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.893,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.776,0.779,0.821;总的折半信度为0.816;重测信度为0.911。量表的平均内容效度指数(S⁃CVI/Ave)为0.948,量表各条目水平的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.857~1.000。探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为66.845%;验证性因子分析结果显示模型拟合效果理想。结论:中文版HABS具有良好的信效度,可用于评价我国成人1型糖尿病病人低血糖态度与行为。
Objective:To translate Hypoglycemic Attitudes and Behavior Scale(HABS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The Chinese version of HABS was formed by forward and back translation,cross⁃cultural semantic equivalence assessment and Delphi method.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of HABS were tested by means of questionaire among 110 patients wtih type 1 diabetes in 3 tertiary general hospitals in Anhui Province.Results:The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of Chinese version of HABS was 0.893.The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of each subscale were 0.776,0.779,0.821.The split half reliability was 0.816.The test⁃retest reliability coefficient was 0.911.The scale⁃content validity index(S⁃CVI/Ave)was 0.948.And the item⁃content validity index(I⁃CVI)ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 3 common factors were extracted,whose cumulative variance contribution was 66.845%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting indexes of the model met the statistical standard.Conclusions:The Chinese version of HABS has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for evaluating the attitude and behavior of type 1 diabetes patients with hypoglycemia in China.
