摘要
2018年以来,为实现企业高质量发展,公司在不断分析企业自身绩效考核等管理模式优缺点的基础上,通过实施综合评分法和EVA绩效评价体系对企业的责任中心进行重构,将责任中心按照影响企业经营质量和效率的长短期目标对应分为财务管理、安全生产、经营管理和党群工作4个绩效评价维度并设计了23项考核指标,通过综合绩效评价打分并与职工收入直接挂钩,对突发事件和客观因素设定应急保障措施,有力提升了企业各级管理者和全体员工的积极性,取得了良好业绩,具有现实的可实践性和推广性。
Since 2018,in order to realize the high-quality development of the enterprise,based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise’s own performance appraisal management mode,the responsibility center of the enterprise has been reconstructed through the comprehensive scoring method and EVA performance evaluation system.According to the long-term and short-term objectives that affect the business quality and efficiency of the enterprise,the responsibility center is divided into four performance evaluation dimensions such as financial management,safety production,business management and Party mass work,and 23 evaluation indexes are designed.Through the comprehensive performance evaluation and scoring,directly linked with the income of employees,and setting emergency safeguard measures for emergencies and objective factors,the enthusiasm of managers at all levels and all employees of the enterprise has been improved,and good results have been achieved,which is practical and popularized.
