摘要 随着人工智能和信息技术的高速发展,国内外煤炭开采技术逐步由传统的机械化、自动化向智能化发展。工作面智能化是保证煤矿安全及效率提升最有效的途径。为煤矿智能化工作面设备能够在现有工况下实现最优效率,根据目前彬长矿区智能化工作的实际应用现状,分析存在的问题和制约因素,提出了透明地质、智能物联网、多传感器融合等先进的技术思路,去支撑智能化工作面更好地建设、运行,实现真正意义上的工作面采场少人、无人作业。 With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and information technology,coal mining technology at home and abroad gradually develops from traditional mechanization and automation to intelligence.Intelligent working face is the most effective way to ensure coal mine safety and efficiency.In order to realize the optimum efficiency of the intelligent working face equipment in the coal mine under the present working conditions,based on the actual application status of intelligent work in Binchang mining area,through analyzing the existing problems and constraints,advanced technical ideas such as transparent geology,intelligent Internet of things and multi-sensor fusion are proposed to support the better construction and operation of intelligent working face,and finally realize the real sense of working face with few people and no one.
