摘要
某电厂起动备用电源为外部110 kV专线供电,该专线负荷主要由架空线路、电厂启备变、基建变及维护单位生活区用电组成。为提高功率因数,降低力调电费,电厂方在基建变低压侧10 kV配电段增设了SVG(静止型动态无功发生器)装置,并采用了基于历史电费结算数据的无功补偿方案。经过半年的实际运行,功率因数提升明显,月平均三相总功率因数达到0.9以上,几乎免除了考核性力调电费,为电厂方带来了可观的收益,大约两年即可收回项目投资成本。
The start and stand-by power supply of a power plant is external 110 kV dedicated line.The load of the dedicated line is mainly composed of overhead line,power plant start-up and stand-by transformer,infrastructure transformer and maintenance unit living area.In order to improve the power factor and reduce the power regulation fee,the power plant added the SVG(static dynamic reactive power generator)device in the 10 kV distribution section at the low voltage side of the infrastructure transformer,and adopted the reactive power compensation scheme based on the historical tariff settlement data.After half a year's actual operation,the power factor has been improved significantly,and the monthly average three-phase total power factor has reached more than 0.9,which almost eliminates the assessment of power factor adjustment tariff,and brings considerable benefits to the power plant,and the project investment cost can be recovered in about two years.
