APEG/TMPTMA原位交联复合相变的制备与表征 被引量:1

Preparation and characterization of APEG/TMPTMA phase transition composites via in-situ cross-linking

摘要 以烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)为相变物质,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)为交联剂原料,采用本体原位交联成了具有三维交联网络结构的相变材料APEG-co-TMPTMA。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线衍射表征了APEG-co-TMPTMA的化学结构和晶体结构,用差示扫描量热法和热重分析仪考察了APEG-co-TMPTMA的热性能、储能稳定性和热稳定性。结果表明,APEG-co-TMPTMA的相变温度在33.61~49.63℃,相变焓在90.55~114.7 J/g,经过100次加热、冷却循环后,APEG-co-TMPTMA相变温度和相变焓变化不大,热分解温度大于330℃。APEG-co-TMPTMA具有优异的热储存耐久性和热稳定性。 Three-dimensional cross-linked network materials with phase transition ability(APEG-co-TMPTMA)were prepared via in situ cross-linkage using allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG)as phase change material and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA)as cross-linking agent.The chemical and crystal structures of APEG-co-TMPTMA were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X ray diffraction techniques,while their thermal and storage stabilities were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that the phase transition temperature of APEG-co-TMPTMA was in the range of 33.61 to 49.63℃,and its phase transition enthalpy was ranged from 90.55 to 114.7 J/g.After 100 heating-cooling cycles treatment,the phase transition temperature and phase transition enthalpy of APEG-co-TMPTMA copolymer scarcely changed,whose thermal decomposition temperature was higher than 330℃.The results indicated that APEG-co-TMPTMA owned excellent thermal storage durability and thermal stability.
