摘要
目的:探讨游离龈移植术和局部带蒂黏膜附着龈重建术在口腔种植修复中的应用对治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的70例口腔种植修复患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别为游离组(n=35)与重建组(n=35),游离组使用游离龈移植术进行治疗,重建组使用局部带蒂黏膜附着龈重建术进行治疗,对两组治疗效果、出血指数、菌斑指数及角化龈宽度进行比较。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组出血指数、菌斑指数较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),两组治疗后相同时间出血指数对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组菌斑指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组角化龈宽度较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),游离组治疗3、6个月后角化龈宽度明显高于重建组(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔种植修复中游离龈移植术同局部带蒂黏膜附着龈重建术的使用均有利于提高治疗效果,降低出血指数与菌斑指数,而游离龈移植术改善角化龈宽度效果更佳。
Objective:To investigate the effect of free gingival transplantation and local pedicled mucosal adhesion gingival reconstruction in oral implants and restoration.Method:Selected 70 cases of oral implant prosthesis as the research object from March 2018 to March 2020 in our hospital,and divided the patients into two groups according to random number table,respectively,free group (n=35) and reconstruction group (n=35).Free group used free gingiva graft for treatment,reconstruction group used local pedicle mucosal attached gingiva revascularization treatment.Treatment effect,and Angle of plaque index and gingival bleeding index width of two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the bleeding index and plaque index of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the bleeding index of the two groups at the same time after treatment (P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the plaque index of the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the width of keratinized gingiva in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05).The width of keratinized gingiva in the free group was significantly higher than that in the reconstruction group after 3 months and 6 months (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both free gingival transplantation and local pedicled mucosal adhesion gingival reconstruction are beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the bleeding index and plaque index,and free gingival transplantation is more effective in improving the width of keratinized gingival.
