摘要
目的:研究芪参益气滴丸治疗射血分数保留心力衰竭(HFpEF)的临床疗效。方法:纳入2018年11月-2020年5月安溪县医院心内科收治的108例气虚血瘀证型HFpEF患者,随机平分为两组,每组54例。对照组采纳规范化治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合芪参益气滴丸治疗,两组均治疗12周,对比两组临床疗效、心功能指标情况。结果:入组时两组患者年龄、性别、合并症、NT-proBNP、左室内径(LVEDD)、射血分数(LVEF)、纽约心功能(NYHA)分级及6 min步行距离(6MWT)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组(70.4%)相比,治疗后试验组临床总有效率(88.9%)较高,NT-proBNP下降明显,6MWT增加,再入院减少,NYHA分级改善(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应、LVEDD、LVEF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸可有效改善HFpEF临床疗效。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).Method:A total of 108 HFpEF patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in Cardiology Department of Anxi County Hospital from November 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standardized treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in age,gender,complications,NT proBNP,left ventricular diameter (LVEDD),ejection fraction (LVEF),NYHA classification and 6MWT between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group (70.4%),the clinical total effective rate was higher in the experimental group (88.9%) after treatment,with significantly decreased NT-proBNP,increased 6MWT,decreased readmission and improved NYHA classification (P<0.05).Adverse reactions,LVEDD,LVEF had no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of HFpEF.
