摘要
中医药防治抑郁症临床疗效显著。近年来大量基础研究表明,线粒体功能障碍导致脑细胞发生炎症反应、凋亡或坏死可能是抑郁症的主要发病机制之一。线粒体靶向治疗抑郁症取得了很多进展,其药理研究得到国内外学者广泛关注,为抑郁症的中医药临床干预提供了新的思路。文章就此作一综述,以期为今后深入研究通过中医药靶向调控线粒体,防治抑郁症提供科学理论基础。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is effective in the prevention and treatment of depression.In recent years,a large number of basic studies have shown that inflammation,apoptosis or necrosis of brain cells caused by mitochondrial dysfunction may be one of the main pathogenesis of depression.Mitochondrial targeting therapy for depression has made a lot of progress,and its pharmacological research has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad,which provides a new idea for TCM clinical intervention of depression.This article makes a review,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for further study on the targeted regulation of mitochondria and the prevention and treatment of depression through TCM in the future.
