摘要
目的:分析不同等级石漠化条件下金银花有效成分积累变化特征,揭示金银花有效成分与土壤养分的关系。方法:以轻度石漠化(LD)、中度石漠化(MD)、重度石漠化(SD)条件下金银花为研究对象,通过方差分析、回归分析、通径分析,阐明不同等级石漠化金银花有效成分变化特征及其与环境因子的关系。结果:黄褐毛忍冬皂苷甲、黄褐毛忍冬皂苷乙表现为LD>MD>SD,相互之间差异有统计学意义,川续断皂苷乙和绿原酸均表现为LD显著低于MD和SD石漠化,3,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量在3种条件下差异无统计学意义。SD下4,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量与MD差异有统计学意义;AP对黄褐毛忍冬皂苷甲和黄褐毛忍冬皂苷乙的影响较大,TP是4,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的主要限制因子,同时pH值对其反向间接作用较强,回归分析表明TK、TN分别影响川续断皂苷乙和绿原酸含量。结论:金银花各成分在不同等级石漠化下具有不同变化特征,控制各有效成分积累的关键环境因子具有差异性,土壤养分与药材成分之间具有多元、多维、多向的相互影响关系。
Objective:To analyze the accumulation and change characteristics of effective components of honeysuckle bud and flower under different grades of rocky desertification conditions,and reveal the relationship between effective components of honeysuckle bud and soil nutrients.Methods:Taking honeysuckle bud and flower under light rocky desertification(LD),moderate rocky desertification(MD),and severe rocky desertification(SD)conditions as the research object,we try to clarify the changing characteristics of effective components of honeysuckle bud and flower in different grades of rocky desertification and their relationship with environmental factors through variance analysis,regression analysis and passage analysis.Results:Lonicera sinensis saponin A and Lonicera sinensis saponin B showed LD>MD>SD,which were significantly different from each other.Both Diposaponin B and chlorogenic acid showed that LD was significantly lower than MD and SD rocky desertification.The content of 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid had no significant difference under the three conditions.The content of 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid under SD is significantly different from MD.AP has a greater impact on Lonicera saponins A and B.TP is the main limiting factor for 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid,and pH has a strong reverse indirect effect on it,regression analysis showed that TK and TN respectively affected the content of Dipsacin B and chlorogenic acid.Conclusion:The components of honeysuckle bud and flower have different characteristics under different grades of rocky desertification.The key environmental factors that control the accumulation of effective components are different.There are multiple,multidimensional and multidirectional interactions between soil nutrients and medicinal ingredients.
