摘要
本文针对“华龙一号”机组运行维护的技术规范标准体系建设进行了研究,划分为技术级的技术手册体系(厂标)和集团级的“华龙一号”技术型号标准体系(企标)两部分。厂标结合核电运行期间各领域的技术要求,形成了共计3篇、18卷、17册和126章的完整手册体系,是具体编制运维规程的规范化技术指导性文件。运行维护领域企标按工作类别细分为运行、维修、设备管理、技术支持、化学和培训等6个子领域,对现有核电标准进行适用性分析,根据各领域工作要素分析标准需求,归类建立“华龙一号”生产运维标准体系表,共计457项标准,新编标准项目近百项。这些体系为后续“华龙一号”安全稳定运行打下坚实基础,为“华龙一号”批量化建造和走出去提供较好的技术软实力保障。
This article studies the construction of the technical specification and standard system for the operation and maintenance of HPR1000,which is divided into two parts:the company level technical manual system(plant standard)and the group level HPR1000 model standard system(enterprise standard).According to the technical requirements of various fields during the operation of nuclear power plant,the plant standard forms a complete manual system of 3 departments,18 rolls,17 volumes and 126 chapters,which is a standardized technical guidance document for the preparation of operation and maintenance procedures.According to the work category,the enterprise standards in the operation and maintenance field are subdivided into six sub fields,including operation,maintenance,equipment management,technical support,chemistry and training.By analyzing the applicability of existing nuclear power standards and according to the standard requirements of work elements in various fields,the operation and maintenance standard system of HPR1000 is classified and established,with a total of 457 standards and nearly 100 new standard projects.These systems lay a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of HPR1000,and provide better soft technical guarantee for the mass construction and going out of HPR1000.
