摘要
2018年随着“华龙一号”工程建设进入关键期,现场有400多个班组、超过10000名工人同时施工。工程安全质量要求高,建造难度大,工期紧,务工人员来自不同地方,受教育程度偏低、人员流动大,导致管理难度大,现场安全质量形势严峻,进度压力极大。而一线施工班组作为工程建设的最小单元,工作效率和工作质量直接影响着工程建设的好坏。为了激发出班组的内生动力、提高其安全质量意识、提升班组建设的效果,“华龙一号”各基层党支部依托“华龙一号”示范工程“党建联建”平台,在施工现场创建“党员进班组”机制,在项目总承包模式不变的情况下,要求各支部党员深入基层,直接联系一线班组,发挥党员的先锋模范作用,拓宽了党员的工作思路,创新了工程管理方法,开辟了工程管理的新机制和新途径。党员通过解决班组在生活中和工作中的大量实际问题,拉近了与班组之间的距离,拆掉了管理人员与劳务人员之间的围墙,让班组建设得到有力的提升,从而最大程度保障工程建设的安全、质量和进度。
In 2018,with the construction of HPR1000 demonstration project entering into the critical period,there were more than 400 squads,and more than 10000 workers on the site.Due to the high requirement for engineering safety quality,difficulty of construction,tight schedule,most workers from different places and their low educational level,high mobility of personnel,it is difficult to manage,and it further affects the quality of site safety control and the unit construction effect.As the smallest unit of engineering construction,the work efficiency and quality of the first-line construction team directly affect the progress and benefits of engineering construction.In order to inspire the team of endogenous power,improve the quality of their safety awareness,enhance the effect of team building,the grassroots party branch participates in the HPR1000 project based on the“party building union construction”platform,and creates the“party member joining the squad”mechanism on the construction site.On condition that the general contracting mode of the project remains unchanged,party members of all branches are required to go to the grassroots level,directly contact the front-line teams,and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members,which broadens the working ideas of party members,and innovates on-site project management methods,and opens up a new mechanism and a new way of on-site project management.Party members solve a large number of practical problems in team life and work,shorten the distance between teams,tear down the fence between managers and labor personnel,and effectively improve the team construction,so as to ensure the safety,quality and progress of the project construction to the greatest extent.
