摘要
随着"互联网+"时代的悄然来临,教育信息化成为了教育强国征程中的必由之路。高校作为教育领域的排头兵,其信息化建设进程在一定程度上决定着高校的未来发展,也影响着我国教育事业的发展与建设。人事管理工作作为高校行政工作的重中之重,肩负起了前所未有的责任和使命。本文从时代背景出发,以高校人事管理工作信息化建设为切入点,简要分析了目前高校人事管理信息化建设的必要性、现状,并据此提出了几点的切实可行的创新策略。
With the advent of the "Internet+" era, education informatization has become the only way in the journey of education power. As the vanguard in the field of education, the informatization construction process of colleges and universities determines the future development of colleges and universities to a certain extent, and also affects the development and construction of China’s education. As the top priority of the administrative work in Colleges and universities, personnel management hasshouldered unprecedented responsibilities and missions. Starting from the background of the times, this paper briefly analyzes the necessity and current situation of the informatization construction of personnel management in colleges and universities, and puts forward some feasible innovation strategies.
