摘要
新时期全面从严治党的政治实践赋予了政治监督新的时代内涵。目前,政治监督具体化常态化的格局已经初步形成。加强政治建设、营造良好的政治生态不仅需要依靠政治监督的外在约束,更需要政治自觉的内在引导。坚定初心使命是实现政治自觉的原发动力,坚守“两个维护”是实现政治自觉的根本要求,必须将初心使命与“两个维护”有机统一起来,才能真正起到增强政治自觉的功效。
The political practice of exercising comprehensive and rigorous governance over the Party in the new era has endowed political supervision with a new connotation of the times.At present,the pattern of specific and normalized political supervision has taken shape.To strengthen political construction and create a healthy political ecology,it is not only necessary to rely on the external constraints of political supervision,but also the internal guidance of political consciousness.The“original aspiration and mission”is the driving force for political consciousness,and adherence to the“two maintenances”is the fundamental requirement of political consciousness.In order to truly enhance the efficacy of political consciousness,the“original aspiration and mission”and the“two maintenances”must be organically combined.
