摘要
目的:分析硫酸镁、沙丁胺醇联合治疗百日咳患儿的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的百日咳患儿100例为研究对象。随机摸球法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组进行布地奈德、沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组进行硫酸镁联合沙丁胺醇液治疗。对比两组T淋巴细胞水平和临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗前两组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后T淋巴细胞水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状恢复时间及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫酸镁和沙丁胺醇治疗百日咳小儿可有效改善患者临床症状、T淋巴细胞水平,有应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined Albuterol in the treatment of children with pertussis.Method:A total of 100 children with pertussis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random touch ball method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide and Albuterol,the observation group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate plus Albuterol.The T lymphocyte levels and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in levels of CD4+,CD3+,CD8+between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the T lymphocyte levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium Sulfate and Albuterol in the treatment of pertussis children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,T lymphocyte level,has application value.
