摘要
目的:研究联合采用运动疗法、针刀整体松解术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法:选择2018年10月-2020年10月本院150例KOA患者为研究对象,根据随机化原则分成对照组和研究组,每组75例。对照组予电针联合运动疗法治疗,研究组予针刀整体松解术联合运动疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、膝关节活动度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节量表评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), 研究组关节活动范围大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), 对照组治疗后VAS评分高于研究组,Lysholm评分低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法结合针刀整体松解术治疗KOA效果确切,适合进一步推广。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of exercise therapy combined with acupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:A total of 150 patients with KOA in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the principle of randomization,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with exercise therapy,and the study group was treated with acupotomy combined with exercise therapy.The treatment effect,motion range of knee,visual analogue score(VAS)and Lysholm knee score were compared between the two group.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the range of joint motion in the study group was larger than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the control group was higher than that of the study group,and the Lysholm score of the control group were lower than that of the study group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise therapy combined with acupotomy for the treatment of KOA is effective and suitable for further promotion.
