摘要
境外铁路专用机械台班单价影响因素较多,计算不准会导致设计概预算失真,影响项目造价和决策。分析工作量和进出口费用对台班单价的影响,判别项目完工后机械的处理方法,以及研究基于上述影响因素的台班单价计算方法。研究发现对台班单价影响较大的因素有工作量、进出口费用和处理方法。工作量未达到耐用总台班时,存在余留价值,随着使用台班的增加而减少。提供的算法可以判别处理方法,判别系数小于0时,应报废并一次摊销所有耐用台班;判别系数大于0时,应运送回国,判别系数数值越大越值得运送回国。工作量小于临界点时,台班单价保持不变;工作量大于临界点时,台班单价随工作量增加而减少。
There are many factors affecting the overseas dedicated mechanical shift unit price,the inaccurate calculation will lead to distortion of the design budget and affect project cost and decision-making.Analyze the impact of the shift consumption and the cost of the import and export on the unit price of the shift,discriminate the handing method of the machine after the completion of the project,and calculate the unit price of the shift based on the above-mentioned influencing factors.Research conclusions:The factors that have impact on the unit price of the shift include the shift consumption,the cost of the import and export,and the handing method.When the consumption of the shift does not reach the durability of the total shift,there is a residual value,which decreases with the increase of the shift consumption.The provided algorithm can discriminate the handing method.When the discriminant coefficient is less than 0,it should be scrapped and amortized all durable shifts once.When the discriminant coefficient is greater than 0,it should be shipped back.The larger the discriminant coefficient,the more worthy of being transported back.When the consumption of the shift is less than the critical point,the unit price of the shift remains unchanged;when the consumption of the shift is greater than the critical point,the unit price of the shift decreases with the increase of the shift consumption.
