摘要
基于聚苯胺的独特的合成机理,将压片、化学连接和电镀三种形式制作的聚苯胺与304不锈钢金属片连接,实验比较了在相同酸液浓度下聚苯胺连接前后金属的质量变化,确定了聚苯胺对金属的阳极保护效率,实验结果表明,电镀聚苯胺对金属有很好的防腐效果。
Based on the unique synthesis mechanism of polyaniline, connecting polyanylamine, chemical connection and electroplating with 304 stainless steel metal plates compared metal quality changes at the same acid concentration and determined the anode protection efficiency of polyaniline on metals. Experimental results show that electroplating polyaniline has good anticorrosion effect on metals.
