摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌病人状态焦虑、特质焦虑在主观幸福感及公正世界信念间的中介效应。方法:使用基本情况调查表、成人公正世界信念问卷、状态-特质焦虑问卷以及纽芬兰大学幸福感量表对本院2019年1月—2020年1月收治251例宫颈癌病人进行调查。结果:宫颈癌病人主观幸福感得分为(28.71±6.72)分,状态焦虑得分为(59.12±6.25)分,特质焦虑得分为(60.35±6.34)分,公正世界信念得分为(43.74±7.58)分。宫颈癌病人主观幸福感与公正世界信念呈正相关(P<0.001)。特质焦虑在主观幸福感与公正世界信念之间中介效应的标准化路径系数为0.122(占总效应19.46%),状态焦虑在主观幸福感与公正世界信念之间中介效应标准化路径系数为0.138(占总效应22.01%),特质焦虑、状态焦虑在主观幸福感与公正世界信念之间链式中介效应的标准化路径系数为0.062(占总效应9.89%)。结论:宫颈癌病人状态焦虑、特质焦虑、主观幸福感以及公正世界信念间关系密切,医护人员应提升宫颈癌病人世界公正信念水平。
Objective:To explore the mediating effects of state and trait anxiety on the subjective happiness and belief in a just world in patients with cervical carcinoma.Methods:The General Information Questionnaire,JWS-CA,STAI and MUNSH were used to survey among 251 patients with cervical carcinoma in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.Results:The score of subjective happiness of patients was 28.71±6.72,the score of state anxiety was 59.12±6.25,the score of trait anxiety was 60.35±6.34,and the score of just world belief was 43.74±7.58.There was a positive correlation between subjective happiness and just world belief in patients with cervical carcinoma(P<0.001).The standardized path coefficient of mediating effect of trait anxiety between subjective happiness and just world belief was 0.122,accounting for 19.46%of the total effect.And the standardized path coefficient of mediating effect of state anxiety between happiness and just world belief was 0.138,accounting for 22.01%.The standardized path coefficients of the chain mediating effect of trait anxiety and state anxiety between happiness and just world belief was 0.062,respectively.They could account for 9.89%of total effect.Conclusion:There are close relationships among state anxiety,trait anxiety,happiness and just world belief in patients with cervical carcinoma.Medical staff should improve the belief level in ajust world of patients with cervical carcinoma.
