摘要
对部分芹菜品种和转育获得的相应CMS不育系材料进行了叶斑病抗性田间观察鉴定。结果表明,在参试的39个品种中有3个表现为高抗,9个为抗病,9个为中抗,14个为感病,4个为高感,没有发现免疫品种。芹菜CMS不育系(A)与相应保持系(B)的叶斑病抗性基本相同,说明芹菜育种材料叶斑病抗性能力能够通过多代回交方式进行转育,抗性水平保持不变。
The resistance of some celery accessions and corresponding transferred CMS lines to early blight(Cercospora apii Fres.)was observed and identified in the field.The results showed that among the 39 varieties tested,3 varieties were high resistant,9 varieties were resistant,9 varieties were moderate resistant,14 varieties were susceptive and 4 varieties were high susceptive,and no immune varieties were found.Meanwhile,the CMS line(A)and its corresponding maintainer line(B)of celery had almost the same resistance to early blight,indicating that the resistance of celery could be transferred through multiple generations backcross,and the resistance level remained unchanged.
