摘要
β-环糊精是一种由淀粉经微生物酶作用后提取出的环状产物,可与多种化合物形成包结复合物。作为目前工业化规模较大的β-环糊精,其以优异的特性、低廉的价格,被广泛应用于医药、化工、食品和环保等领域。但以β-环糊精分子本身作为主体在应用上仍存在着一定的局限性,因此对其进行功能化改性显得尤为重要。本文在简要介绍β-环糊精的理化性质后,主要讨论了单分子β-环糊精功能化改性和β-环糊精功能化聚合物的制备及其应用研究进展。
β-cyclodextrin is a kind of cyclic product extracted from starch by microbial enzymes,which can form inclusion complexes with a variety of compounds.As a large-scale industrializedβ-cyclodextrin,it is widely used in the fields of medicine,chemical industry,food and environmental protection due to its excellent characteristics and low price.However,there are still some limitations in the application ofβ-cyclodextrin as the main molecule,so it is particularly important to carry out functional modification.After briefly introducing the physical and chemical properties ofβ-cyclodextrin,this paper mainly discusses the preparation and application of single molecule functionalizedβ-cyclodextrin and functionalizedβ-cyclodextrin polymer.
