摘要
目的:探究与分析癫痫伴发精神障碍康复期遵医行为现状及影响因素。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月260例癫痫伴发精神障碍康复期患者为研究对象,采用Morisky服药依从性问卷对其进行遵医行为的评估。比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、收入情况、居住地、病程、付费方式、社会支持程度、病耻感、希望水平及自知力者的遵医行为评估结果,并采用多因素logistic回归分析上述因素与癫痫伴发精神障碍康复期遵医行为的关系。结果:260例癫痫伴发精神障碍康复期患者中遵医行为较好者131例,占50.38%。不同性别者的遵医行为比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、文化程度、收入情况、居住地、病程、付费方式、社会支持程度、病耻感、希望水平及自知力者的遵医行为比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、收入情况、居住地、病程、付费方式、社会支持程度、病耻感、希望水平及自知力均为癫痫伴发精神障碍康复期遵医行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫伴发精神障碍康复期患者的遵医行为仍有待改善,且影响因素较多,应根据影响因素进行针对性改善措施的制定。
Objective:To explore and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of medical compliance behavior in patients with epilepsy complicated with mental disorder at convalescent period.Method:A total of 260 patients with epilepsy complicated with mental disorder at convalescent period from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Morisky medication compliance questionnaire was used to evaluate their medical compliance behavior.The evaluation results of medical compliance behavior of patients with different gender,age,education level,income,residence,course of disease,payment method,social support level,stigma,hope level and self-awareness were compared,and the relationship between the above factors and epilepsy complicated with mental disorder at convalescent period was analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression.Result:Among 260 patients with epilepsy complicated with mental disorder at convalescent period,131 had good medical compliance behavior,accounting for 50.38%.There was no significant difference in medical compliance behavior among different genders(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in medical compliance behavior among different age,education level,income,residence,course of disease,payment method,social support level,stigma,hope level and self-awareness(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,education level,income,residence,course of disease,payment method,social support,stigma,hope level and self-awareness were all influencing factors of medical compliance behavior in epilepsy complicated with mental disorder at convalescent period(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical compliance behavior in patients with epilepsy complicated with mental disorder at convalescent period still needs to be improved,and there are many influencing factors.Therefore,targeted improvement measures should be formulated according to the influencing factors.
