摘要 石湖金矿101采区400 m中段运输联络平巷掘进是石湖金矿的重点工程,工程长600余m,通风最困难时,通风距离1140 m,是典型的井下长距离独头掘进局部通风,受巷道断面尺寸限制,风筒直径只能采用400 mm的小直径风筒,阻力极高,经过研究论证,采用4台抽出式局扇配1台压入式局扇的压抽混合局部通风方式,为解决多台局扇串联运行产生的风筒抽瘪运转不畅的问题,引入局部通风构筑物风库进行风量调配,并通过合理的通风组织安排,较为圆满地解决了石湖金矿101采区400 m中段运输联络平巷掘进这个重点工程的局部通风难题。 The key project of Shihu Gold Mine is the driving of the transport link drift in the Middle Section of 400 m in the 101 mining area of Shihu Gold Mine.The length of the project is more than 600 m.When the ventilation is the most difficult,the ventilation distance is 1140 m,which is the typical local ventilation in the long-distance single heading,limited by the size of the cross section of the roadway.The diameter of the air duct can only be used 400 mm small diameter air duct with extremely high resistance.After research and demonstration,the pressure-pumping mixed local ventilation mode of four extraction local fans and one pressure-in local fan was adopted.In order to solve the problem of air duct deflating and not running smoothly due to the series operation of multiple local fans,a local ventilation structure air depot was introduced to carry out air volume distribution.Through reasonable ventilation organization arrangement,the problem of partial ventilation in the key project of the transportation connection drift excavation in the middle section of 400 m in the 101 mining area of Shihu Gold Mine has been solved successfully.
