摘要
随着各国对海洋资源重视程度的加深,国内针对海洋资源的科学考察与勘探逐步向深水区域发展,海洋绞车作为远洋科考船上的重要装备,其性能的好坏很大程度上决定着深海探测的成功与否。结合绞车的工作特点及性能要求,设计了一种牵引和储缆功能分离的双绞车结构的万米海洋绞车,介绍该绞车系统设计影响因素及结构组成。根据设计方案计算储缆卷筒的结构参数,电动机选型,利用SoildWorks软件建立储缆绞车三维模型,通过ANSYS Workbench对储缆绞车固有振动进行模态分析,为后期的结构优化提供理论基础和建议。
As the world pays more attention to marine resources,and the investigation and exploration of marine resources in China has gradually developed into deep water areas,so it is particularly important to design a winch that can be operated on ocean-going scientific research ships.According to the working characteristics and performance requirements of the winch,this paper designs a 10000 meters offshore winch with double winch structure,which separates the traction and cable storage functions,and introduces the design influencing factors of the winch and structure composition.According to the design scheme,the parameters of cable storage drum and the selection of motor are calculated,and the three-dimensional model of cable storage winch is established by using SolidWorks software.Finally,the model is imported into ANSYS Workbench to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for later structural optimization.
