摘要
混合式学习逐渐成为未来高等教育发展的重要趋势之一,而学习支持服务是提高混合式学习质量和效率的关键。在综述国内外学习支持服务的经验与不足基础之上,从学习发生的“整体性”视域出发,依据全视角学习理论,初步构建以情感支持服务为“起点”、行为支持服务为“关键”、认知支持服务为“保障”的混合式学习支持服务动态策略模型。通过基于设计的研究(DBR),在“现代教育技术应用”课程中,开展三轮混合式教学实践研究,并结合学生课程学习体验、学习行为数据、学习成绩等变化来不断优化策略,从而提出了混合式学习支持服务的基本理念与策略设计五大原则。
Blended learning has gradually become one of the important trends in the future development of higher education,and learning support service is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of blended learning.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the experience and deficiency of learning support services at home and abroad,this study initially constructs the dynamic strategy model of blended learning support service with emotional support service as the“starting point”,behavioral support service as the“key”and cognitive support service as the“guarantee”from the holistic perspective of learning.Secondly,the paper uses design-based research(DBR)to carry out three rounds of blended teaching practice research in the course of application of modern educational technology,and constantly optimizes the strategies in combination with the changes of students’learning experience,learning behavior data,and academic performance.Finally,the paper puts forward the basic idea and five principles of strategy design for blended learning support service.
