摘要
通过创新和优化生产工艺,成功制备了外观特点与天然仿花岗岩石材高度相似的"仿花岗岩瓷砖"。研究结果表明:在获得天然花岗岩石材的真实图案基础上,通过坯体纹理及色彩的仿真设计,实现了瓷砖具有天然花岗岩的装饰效果。另外,通过配方组成和显微组织调控,提高了坯釉之间的结合性能,并在坯体中形成相互紧密交织的高长径比纳米莫来石晶须,使得坯体中氧化铝含量仅为15.40 wt%的情况下,获得了力学性能优异的仿花岗岩瓷砖。
In this paper,the"imitated granite tile:was successfully prepared through innovation and optimization of the production process,which appearance characteristics highly similar to natural imitated granite stone.The research results show that on the basis of obtaining the real pattern of natural granite stone,the decorative effect of natural granite is realized through the simulation design of the texture and color of the natural granite stone body.In addition,the formula composition and microstructure were optimized,and the bonding performance between the glaze and body was improved.Therefore,the imitated granite stone with excellent mechanical properties was obtained,when the A1203 content of the body is only 15.40 wt%.Meanwhile,the densely interwoven nano mullite whiskers with high aspect ratio were found in the body of the imitated granite stone.
