摘要 针对传统输电杆塔姿态监测存在测量不及时、寿命短、成本高、工作量大等问题,文中以NB-IoT技术为核心,设计一种低功耗杆塔姿态监测系统。系统采用低温电池组供电并设计节能电路,通过传感器测量倾斜角、温度等参数,由低功耗MCU调配控制;采用NB-IoT技术实现低功耗数据传输,基于梯次传输方式和改变通信频率来减少通信损耗;设计云端平台实现数据监测、分析和模块化处理。通过现场实测验证了系统具有低功耗、覆盖范围广、易于维护等特点。 As the traditional power transmission tower has many shortcomings such as untimed measurement,short service life,high cost,heavy working load,etc.,a low⁃power tower attitude monitoring system based on NB⁃IoT technology is designed in this paper.The low⁃temperature battery pack is used to supply power to the system.The energy saving circuit is designed.The sensor is used to measure the parameters of slant angle and temperature,which are controlled and adjusted by the low⁃power MCU.The NB⁃IoT technology is adopted to realize low⁃power data transmission.The communication loss is reduced by means of echelon transmission pattern and communication frequency change.The cloud platform is designed to implement data monitoring,analysis and modular processing.The field test was carried out.The results show that the system has the advantages of low⁃energy consumption,wide coverage range and easy maintenance.
