摘要
犬、猫慢性肾病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)是因犬、猫肾脏结构和功能异常导致的慢性进行性疾病。由于伴侣动物饲养量逐渐增多,而且CKD发病因素繁多,导致CKD患病率逐年增加,该病严重影响动物健康和生活质量,并且给畜主带来巨大的经济和情感负担。国内关于犬、猫CKD的研究较少,兽医对CKD了解不够透彻,导致CKD患犬、患猫不能得到有效治疗。因此,文章对犬、猫CKD的发病因素、流行情况、最新的诊断方法和治疗策略进行综述,以期为预防、诊断和治疗CKD提供新思路。
Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is a chronic progressive disease caused by abnormal kidney structure and function in canines and cats. The prevalence of CKD is increasing year by year due to the increasing number of companion animals and various pathogenic factors. CKD has a serious impact on animal health and quality of life and imposes a huge financial and emotional burden on animal owners. There are few studies on CKD in canines and cats in China, and veterinarians do not understand CKD thoroughly, which leads to the inability of canines and cats with CKD to receive effective treatment. In order to provide new ideas for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of CKD, this paper reviewed the pathogenic factors, prevalence, latest diagnostic methods and treatment strategies of CKD in canines and cats.
