环己烷脱氢产物苯对苯加氢反应系统的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过对环己烷脱氢产物苯作为原料进入苯加氢反应后的效果进行研究,对苯加氢反应的转化率、选择性和加氢催化剂活性等参数变化进行分析,发现环己烷脱氢产物苯与外购新鲜苯混合使用导致苯加氢反应转化率、选择性、催化剂活性都明显降低。分析发现,环己烷脱氢产物苯组成复杂,杂质种类多达十几种。如果将环己烷脱氢产物苯直接作为加氢反应原料使用,对苯加氢反应将造成严重影响。因此,环己烷脱氢产物苯必须经过精制,脱除其中的重组分杂质后才能用于苯加氢反应生产环己烯。 This paper studies the effect of cyclohexane dehydrogenation product benzene as a raw material into the benzene hydrogenation reaction,and compares the conversion rate,selectivity and hydrogenation catalyst activity of the benzene hydrogenation reaction and analyzes the changes in parameters such as cyclohexane.The mixed use of benzene,the product of alkane dehydrogenation,and purchased fresh benzene resulted in a significant decrease in the conversion rate,selectivity,and catalyst activity of the benzene hydrogenation reaction.Analysis found that the benzene dehydrogenation product of cyclohexane has a complex composition and more than a dozen types of impurities.If benzene,the product of cyclohexane dehydrogenation,is directly used as a raw material for the hydrogenation reaction,it will have a serious impact on the benzene hydrogenation reaction.Therefore,benzene,which is the product of cyclohexane dehydrogenation,must be refined to remove heavy component impurities before it can be used in benzene hydrogenation to produce cyclohexene.
