摘要
20 000 Nm^(3)/h制氢装置增设CO_(2)捕集装置,通过对比CO_(2)捕集装置开工前同处理量下的外输蒸汽温度、燃料气耗量,发现装置能耗略有上涨,通过对比转化炉炉膛上、中、下部温度发现传热介质减少,炉膛上部温度上涨。针对目前存在的瓶颈问题,提出了可行的解决方法。
The 20000 Nm3/h hydrogen production unit is equipped with a CO_(2) capture device.By comparing the temperature of exported steam and the consumption of fuel gas with the same treatment capacity before the start of the CO_(2) capture device,it is found that the energy consumption of the device increases slightly.By comparing the temperature of the upper,middle and lower parts of the reformer furnace,it is found that the heat transfer medium decreases and the temperature of the upper part of the furnace rise.In view of the existing bottleneck problems,the feasible solutions are given.
