摘要
中欧班列既是“一带一路”的重要实践,也是国际贸易物流大通道的重要组成,随着开行城市的快速增多,货源不充足、回程班列少、价格竞争激烈等问题越发明显,必须从宏观上对班列开行城市的竞争力水平进行分析,分城分策进行发展规划,保证班列的健康可持续发展。本文建立了中欧班列节点城市竞争力指标,通过层次分析法(AHP)对城市竞争力进行评价,结果显示中欧班列中国境内的33个枢纽节点物流竞争力差别较大,呈现明显的分层分级现象,根据枢纽节点竞争力排名大致可以分为三类:第一类为广州,城市整体经济发展水平好,第二类为重庆、北京、大连、深圳、武汉、天津,在城市竞争力中某一方面具有相当优势,第三类为宁波、成都、苏州等26个城市,城市竞争力一般。
The China Railway Express(CR Express)is not only an important practice of the“Belt and Road”,but also an important component of the international trade logistics channel.However,with the rapid increase in opening cities,problems such as insufficient supply of goods,fewer return trains,and fierce price competition have become more and more obvious.It is necessary to analyze the level of competitiveness of node cities in network.Through the analysis of each city,development strategies can be formulated separately to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the trains.This paper establishes the competitiveness index of the node cities of CR Express,and evaluate the city’s competitiveness base on AHP.The results show that the logistics competitiveness of the 33 hub cities of CR Express is quite different,showing obvious hierarchical and hierarchical phenomena.According to the ranking of competitiveness,cities can be roughly divided into three categories.The overall economic development level of the first category of cities is good,and the second category has considerable advantages in a certain aspect of urban competitiveness,and the third category of cities has average competitiveness.
