摘要
实证分析表明,当前老龄化对消费增长的影响基本不显著,但随着人口老龄化程度的加深会给居民消费增长带来负面影响。与此同时,随着人口老龄化的加快,人口结构与城镇居民消费结构之间的关系更加紧密,青少年成为影响消费结构变化最重要的群体。不同年龄段城镇居民消费结构均发生较为明显的改变,城乡老年人的主要消费需求趋同,医疗保健和居住成为老年人最重要的两大消费需求。本文建议完善老年医疗保障制度,发展医疗行业;增加针对老年人的特点而建设的适宜老年人居住的房屋;发展符合中国实际的老龄化消费市场;关注青少年群体的消费结构升级对我国消费结构升级的影响情况。
According to empirical analysis,aging doesn’t have a significant impact on consumption growth currently,but deepening population aging will bring about side effects to it.At the same time,the acceleration of population aging will bring population structure and consumption structure of urban residents closer together with teenagers becoming the most important group in the change of consumption structure.The consumption structure of urban residents in different ages has changed significantly.The main consumption needs of the elderly in urban and rural areas are converging with healthcare and residence as their two major demands.In this article,it is suggested that the medical security system for the elderly should be improved and medical industry should be developed,including building more houses suitable for the elderly to live in based on their characteristics,developing an aging consumer market in line with China’s current situation.Besides,more attention should be paid to the impact of the upgrading of the consumption structure of young people on China’s consumption structure upgrading.
