摘要
兰州作为唯一一个黄河穿城而过的省会城市,随着国家功能的注入及人口的不断流入,中心城区所在的黄河河谷区域人地矛盾高度紧张;兰州并非没有向外进行城市空间扩张,但兰州新区的建设不仅没有缓解中心城区的空间压力,中心城区的空间压力反而在进一步加大。这些问题的产生与兰州所处的复杂地理环境有着密切的关系,正是因为兰州的城市空间发展模式没有与地理条件相匹配才造成当前的诸多矛盾和问题。在此背景下,文章通过分析兰州城市空间与自然地理空间的关系,揭示当前兰州城市空间发展的核心问题,提出兰州城市空间格局重构思路和规划应对策略,试图给兰州城市空间的未来发展开出“药方”。
Lanzhou is the only provincial capital city where the Yellow River runs through the central district.With the influx of national functions and population in recent years,the contradiction between human and land is in high tension in the central valley area.Although Lanzhou urban space has expanded outwards,the spatial pressure of central district has not decreased,but increased instead.The emergence of these problems is closely related to the complex geographical environment of Lanzhou,precisely,the mismatch between urban spatial pattern and the geographical environment.This paper attempts to reveal the key to the development of Lanzhou urban space through the analysis of the logical relationship between Lanzhou urban space and natural geographical space,and to give a prescription for the future development of Lanzhou urban space.
