摘要
农村水利作为农村重要的基础设施,加快实现农村水利现代化对保障农村经济社会高质量发展和改善民生福祉至关重要。总结了2020年和“十三五”期间农村水利工作取得的发展成效,分析了做好新时期农村水利工作的更高要求,提出了全力确保“十四五”农村水利开好头起好步和2021年农村水利现代化建设的具体要点。
Rural water conservancy is an important infrastructure in rural areas.Accelerating modernization of rural water conservancy is of great importance to ensuring high-quality development of rural economy and society and improving people's livelihood.Development results of rural water conservancy work in 2020 and the 13th Five-Year Plan period were summarized,higher requirements of rural water conservancy work in the new period were analyzed,and specific points to ensure the 14th Five-Year rural water conservancy work started a good step and modernization of rural water conservancy in 2021 were proposed.
