摘要
提出了一种调度操作日前量化评估的方法并构建了评估系统,在日前识别出次日不同时段、班次的操作风险,并就各种操作风险制定了相应的管理办法。系统投运半年以来,有效降低了系统运行风险,提高了调度计划操作的准点率,促进了管理手段介入调度运行的及时性、合理性、有效性,促进了调度管理工作的精细化和规范化。
A method of quantification and evaluation of scheduling operations before the day is proposed and an evaluation system is built to identify operational risks at different times and shifts on the next day.The corresponding management methods for various operational risks are formulated.Since the system has been put into operation for half a year,the operation risk of the system has been effectively reduced.The punctuality rate of scheduling operation is improved.The timeliness,rationality and effectiveness of management methods involved in scheduling operations are improved.At the same time,the refinement and standardization of dispatch management are also promoted.
