摘要
目的探讨精细化护理在反流性食管炎患者中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的144例反流性食管炎患者按照护理方式分为观察组(精细化护理)和对照组(常规护理),各72例。比较两组服药依从性、炎症因子水平、GerdQ评分、生活质量、心理状态。结果护理后,观察组的服药依从性、生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平及HAMD、HAMA评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1周及1个月后,两组GerdQ评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理能有效改善反流性食管炎患者的病情,降低炎性因子水平,改善心理状态和生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 144 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group(fine nursing)and control group(routine nursing)according to nursing methed,with 72 cases in each group.The medication compliance,inflammatory factor level,GerdQ score,quality of life and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the medication compliance and the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the IL-6,TNF-α,CRP levels and HAMD,HAMA scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After one week and one month of nursing,GerdQ scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can effectively improve the condition of patients with reflux esophagitis,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and ameliorate psychological state and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
