摘要 随着电动汽车的大规模推广,其充电行为对充电站的服务能力提出了更高的要求。该文提出一种多指标下的充电站服务能力动态评价方法。以电动汽车充电站的服务能力作为评估对象,评价指标选取合理反映充电站服务性能的多项指标,在此基础上使用因子分析分析多项指标之间的相关关系。利用基于多服务员排队模型中两种排队方式的性能差异的队列区间来对原始数据进行筛选。权重的计算上选择广义熵权法和与基于因子分析的层次分析法(FA-AHP)两种方法,使得权重的确定更加全面。并将定量描述充电站动态发展过程的发展因数与基于权重计算的评价分值相结合。最后通过算例仿真,验证所提方法的可行性和直观性。 With the large-scale promotion of electric vehicles, its charging behavior puts forward higher requirements for the service capacity of charging stations. In this paper, a dynamic evaluation method of service capacity of charging station was proposed. Taking the service capacity of the electric vehicle charging station as the evaluation object, the evaluation indexes were selected to reasonably reflect the service performance of the charging station. On this basis, the correlation between the indexes was analyzed by using factor analysis. The original data was filtered by the queue interval based on the performance difference between the two queuing methods in the multi server queuing model. In the calculation of weight, generalized entropy weight method and factor analysis based analytic hierarchy process(FA-AHP) were selected to make the determination of weight more comprehensive. The development factors that described the dynamic development process of the charging station were combined with the evaluation score based on weight calculation. Finally, an example was given to verify the feasibility and intuitiveness of the proposed method.
