摘要
依据TSG 21—2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》中非金属及非金属衬里压力容器定期检验项目与方法的相关要求^([1]),本文以U型夹套搪玻璃开式搅拌容器为例,结合现场实际检验过程中发现的相关问题和缺陷,进行综合分析,提出对该类压力容器定期检验中的重点检验部位及项目方法。
According to TSG 21-2016 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessels,the regular inspection items and methods of non-metal and non-metal lined pressure vessels are required,in this paper,taking the open agitator pressure vessels of glass lined with U-type jacket as an example,combined with the relevant problems and defects found in the actual inspection process,a comprehensive analysis is made,the key inspection position and item method for periodic inspection of this kind of pressure vessel are put forward.
