UPLC-MS/MS Combined with the Improved QuEChERS Method for the Determination of Residual Chlorantraniliprole in Vegetables

摘要 建立了改进后的QuEChERS检测技术结合超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)在蔬菜中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留的检测方法。样品经过乙腈提取后,盐析离心,直接取上清液过膜待测。采用电喷雾离子源ESI正离子模式电离,质谱多反应监测模式对目标母离子和子离子进行扫描测定。结果显示,曲线在0.01~0.16μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,在0.01,0.05和0.1 mg/kg 3个水平的加标回收试验下7种不同作物的回收率在73%~112%之间,相对标准偏差为0.3%~12.6%。线性良好,r^(2)均达到0.99以上,LOQ为5μg/kg。该方法具有快速、高效、回收率高、重现性好的优点,适用于蔬菜中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留的检测。 An improved QuEChERS method combined with ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC-MS/MS)was developed for the determination of residual chlorantraniliprole in vegetables.After the sample was extracted by Acetonitrile,the sample was centrifuged by salting-out,take the supernatant directly filtration membrane stand by for inspection.Under the electrospray ionization(ESI^(+)),data of the target parent ions and product ions were collected with mass spectrometric multi-response monitoring scanning detection.The curve had good linearity in the range of 0.01 to 0.16μg/L.The average recoveries of three spiked levels ranged in 7 different crops from 73% to 112%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.3%-12.6%.The method had the advantages of high speed,high efficiency,high recovery rate and good reproducibility,and it was suitable for the determination of residual chlorantraniliprole in vegetables.
