UPLC-MS/MS法测定包装材料中5种二氨基甲苯的迁移量

Simultaneous and Rapid Determination of Migration of 5 Diaminotoluenes in Plastic Materials for Food Packaging by UPLC-MS/MS

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术建立了同时测定食品包装材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯、2,3-二氨基甲苯、2,5-二氨基甲苯、2,6-二氨基甲苯和3,4-二氨基甲苯迁移量的方法。样品经4%乙酸浸泡,采用Phenyl色谱柱分离,以甲醇-甲酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在电喷雾正离子模式下,多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,内标法定量。结果表明,待测物在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好(r^(2)≥0.998),平均回收率为72%~97%,相对标准偏差(δRSD)为2.9%~9.4%,定量限为0.5~1.0μg/L。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于食品包装材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯及其同分异构体迁移量的测定。 A comprehensive analytical method was established for the simultaneous determination of migration of 2,4-diaminotoluene,2,3-diaminotoluene,2,5-diaminotoluene,2,6-diaminotoluene and 3,4-diaminotoluene in composite plastic materials for food packaging by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).After soaking in 4%acetic acid,the analytes were separated on Phenyl column using methanol-ammonium formate aqueous solution as mobile phase for gradient elution,analyzed by positive mode electrospray ionization mass spectrometry under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM),and quantified by the internal standard method.As a result,the calibration curves of analytes were good linear in the respective concentration with their correlation coefficients not less than 0.998.The average recoveries of analytes ranged from 72%to 97%,with their relative standard deviation(δ_(RSD))of 2.9%-9.4%.Furthermore,the limits of quantitation(LOQ)were in the ranges of 0.5-1.0μg/L.The established method was rapid,sensitive and accurate,and it was suitable for simultaneous determination of migration of 2,4-diaminotoluene and its isomers in composite plastic materials for food packaging.
