摘要
铸工胶能对铸件的缺陷如缩孔、气孔、砂眼、麻坑等进行修补,同时不影响铸件的强度和使用性能。以E-51及聚酰胺为主要原材料,通过添加不同的偶联剂以及改变偶联剂的添加量来探究偶联剂对环氧树脂力学性能的研究。通过试验,发现偶联剂KH-580对环氧树脂E-51的力学性能影响最大,在其用量为1.0%时铸工胶的剪切强度、冲击强度、邵氏硬度达到最大值,同时符合企业的铸工胶标准,也能满足实际的生产及使用需求。
The casting glue can repair the casting defects such as shrinkage cavity, porosity, sand hole and pitting, etc. without affecting the strength and performance of casting. The E-51 and polyamide are used as the main raw materials to investigate the effects of coupling agent on the mechanical properties of epoxy resin by adding different kinds of coupling agents and changing the amount of coupling agents. It is found that the coupling agent KH-580 has the greatest influence on the mechanical properties of epoxy resin E-51. When the dosage is 1.0%, the shear strength,impact strength and shore hardness of the casting glue reaches the maximum value. Meanwhile, it conforms to the casting glue standard of the enter-prise and the can meet the requirement of actual production and application.
