摘要
目的观察蓝芩口服液联合持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗以慢性咽喉炎为主诉的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者的效果。方法将我院62例以慢性咽喉炎为主诉的OSA患者随机分为观察组与对照组各31例。对照组行CPAP治疗,观察组进行蓝芩口服液联合CPAP治疗。比较两组慢性咽喉炎症状、患者治疗的依从性和呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、咽部症状视觉模拟评分(VAS)和STOP-Bang量表(SBQ)评分情况、血清干扰素-(IFN-)、白介素-4(IL-4)的水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者咽部黏膜干燥、咽部异物感、咽部干痒、咽部疼痛出血缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用机时间、每周使用频率噶高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者AHI、VAS、SBQ均下降,观察组AHI、VAS、SBQ均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者IFN-水平下降,IL-4水平增高;观察组IFN-水平低于对照组,IL-4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于以慢性咽喉炎为主诉的OSA患者,蓝芩口服液联合CPAP治疗后咽部症状缓解明显,患者治疗依从性好,值得临床一线推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Lanqin Oral Liquid combined with continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)patients with chronic pharyngitis as the main complaint. Methods 62 OSA patients with chronic pharyngitis as the main complaint were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each. Control group was treated with CPAP;observation group was treated with Lanqin Oral Liquid combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation. Chronic pharyngitis symptoms,patient compliance with treatment,Apneahypopnea index(AHI),Visual analogue scale(VAS)and STOP-Bang scale(SBQ)scoring situation,serum interferon-(IFN-)and interleukin-4(IL-4)levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the relief time of dry pharynx mucosa,foreign body sensation in pharynx,dry itching in pharynx,pain and bleeding in pharynx in observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05);the time and frequency of using the machine per week in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);AHI,VAS,and SBQ of both groups decreased;AHI,VAS and SBQ of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);IFN-levels in both groups decreased,and IL-4 levels increased;IFN-levels in observation group were lower than control group,IL-4 level in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For OSA patients with chronic pharyngitis as the main complaint,Lanqin Oral Liquid combined with CPAP has significantly alleviated pharyngeal symptoms,the treatment compliance is good,which is worthy of clinical first-line promotion.
