摘要
介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司2号4038 m^(3)高炉的高炉冷却结构、原燃料条件和高炉侵蚀情况。针对高炉炉役末期炉缸出现的安全隐患,提出结合定向局部护炉和活跃炉缸的整体护炉理念。通过采取钛球护炉、炉缸压浆、堵风口、大风量和高鼓风动能冶炼、规范出铁操作、发展中心气流等护炉措施,并优化高炉操作,实现了高炉的长期稳定顺行。
The cooling structure,applicable conditions for raw materials and fuels charged into the blast furnace and the corroded state in term of the No.24038 m^(3) Blast Furnace(BF)in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.were introduced.In allusion to the potential safety hazards in the hearth of BF during its final service period,the idea combined the oriented partial protection of the BF with the integral protection of the BF by active hearth was put forward.By taking protection measures for the BF such as BF-protecting by titanium balls,carrying out the mud jacking in hearth,stopping up tuyeres,smelting with large air volume and high blast kinetic energy,standardizing the operation of molten iron-tapping,expanding central air flow and optimizing the operation of BF,the long-term stable and smooth running of BF was achieved.
