摘要
为了研究油桐根系丛枝菌根(AM)共生状况和丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)多样性,并通过油桐苗木AMF接种试验以探索与油桐高效种植相配套的菌根接种技术。在云南丘北,对4 a生和10 a生油桐人工林的根系丛枝菌根真菌定殖及根际丛枝菌根真菌多样性进行了研究,采用油桐林的土著AMF和商品AMF菌剂"Endo"开展了接种试验研究。结果显示:10 a生的油桐具有更高的AMF定殖程度,而4 a生的油桐根际孢子密度相对比较大;油桐育苗期对土著菌种接种具有较好的响应,接种后苗木生长状况基本优于对照;在幼树初期,"Endo"菌剂对油桐植株的促进生长效应较为显著,接种处理也基本优于对照;菌剂在育苗基质中浓度越大,促进生长效果越好。
In order to study the arbuscular mycorrhizae in roots of Vernicia fordii and promote the efficient planting of V.fordii trees by inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,two Vernicia fordii stands of different ages in Qiubei county of Yunnan province were sampling to study the root AMF colonization,composition and diversity of AMF in rhizosphere soil.Besides,AMF inoculation experiments on V.fordii seedlings were conducted.The results showed that 10-year-old V.fordii trees had higher AMF root colonization,while 4-year-old ones had relatively higher spore density in rhizoshere soil.Growth index showed that the response of V.fordii to indigenous strains was better in seedling cultivation period,and that of seedling inoculated arbuscular mycorrhiza was better than the contrast.In the early stage of young trees,the growth promoting effect of commercial inoculants was more significant,and the inoculation treatment was basically better than the contrast;the higher the concentration of inoculant in the seedling substrate,the better the growth promotion effect.
