摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停是一种非常常见的睡眠紊乱疾病,它的主要特点是打鼾、呼吸暂停、睡眠周期异常、睡眠时多次低氧血症以及高碳酸血症等。它的高危因素是肥胖。Betatrophin是一种新近鉴定的循环激素,在脂肪组织和肝脏等组织中产生,目前已经明确了糖尿病、肥胖以及脂代谢异常等与Betatrophin有关。因此,Betatrophin可能通过调节脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗等,参与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的形成。
Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)is a very common sleep disorder characterized by snoring,apnea,abnormal sleep cycles,recurrent hypoxemia and hypercapnia during sleep.Its high risk factor is obesity.Betatrophin is a newly identified circulating hormone,which is produced in tissues such as adipose tissue and liver.Studies have confirmed that Betatrophin is related to metabolic diseases such as diabetes and obesity,Therefore,Betatrophin may participate in the formation of OSA by regulating lipid metabolism and insulin resistance.
