Research progress on removal of heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons using bacteria and fungi as biological adsorbents

摘要 综述了以细菌和真菌作为生物吸附剂去除重金属和多环芳烃的研究进展,分析了环境因素、微生物活性和基体效应等因素对生物修复效率的影响,着重探讨了重金属对重金属生物修复的影响、多环芳烃对多环芳烃生物降解的影响、重金属对多环芳烃生物降解的影响和多环芳烃对重金属生物修复的影响。最后对以细菌和真菌作为生物吸附剂的未来的研究方向进行了展望。 This article reviews the research progress of using bacteria and fungi as biosorbents to remove heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,analyzes the effects of environmental factors,microbial activity and matrix effects on the bioremediation efficiency.The influence of heavy metals on the bioremediation of heavy metals,the influence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on the biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and the influence of heavy metals on the biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and the influence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on the bioremediation of heavy metals are emphatically discussed.Finally,the future research directions of using bacteria and fungi as biosorbents are prospected.
